By maintaining an active subscription to ‘RTO Data Technical Support’, you will receive our full support in ensuring you operate RTO Data effectively and efficiently and with as little fuss as possible. Some of the ways we support you:
- Phone and email support with a Newbery Consulting client support team member
- Access to a suite of phone based training sessions to help you get the most out of your system. We also encourage the use of remote access so we can get the most out of each session
- Access to our library of RTO Data procedures. These are individual procedures taking you through each process step by step
- Improvement updates which are generated by Newbery Consulting based on user feedback
- Technical updates which are generated by Newbery Consulting based on changes to State and National reporting requirements

How do I renew my subscription? When your subscription is due to expire in 60 days, you will receive an email from us as a friendly reminder. Following that, we will send you an invoice 30 and 7 days prior to the expiry date. Once your subscription expiry date is reached we will be in contact with you over the phone to discuss your options. Once payment has been received we will send you a confirmation of renewal for a further 12 months from the original expiry date.
