- Customisable
We understand that each organisations is different and your needs can differ. That’s why we have enabled you to edit most of the drop down options within RTO Data. This means that you can add to or remove some of the pre-built values to suit your organisation. We have also given the user flexibility around student certification. There is the option to use our standard student certificate templates that are built into the system, or you can choose to export the information into a spreadsheet and merge it into a completely customisable Microsoft Word template that we provide you with.

- Unlimited user access
Unlike a lot of other systems, RTO Data does not charge for additional users. You can give access to as many personnel as you wish. Being a Microsoft Access database, we do however recommend that you limit the number of concurrent users to 10 when networked.
- Microsoft Access database
RTO Data is operated in Microsoft Access within Microsoft Office Pro. RTO Data is not a cloud based system but this means the cost is significantly less without compromising on the capabilities and functionality. RTO Data can be installed on a stand-alone work station for single use, or it can be installed on a networked server or shared drive for multiple user access.
