RTO Data links with our web based online enrolment system called ‘RTO Enrol’. The online enrolment plug-in can be easily added to your existing website or we can build it into a new website that we develop for you. For more information about our ‘RTO Websites’ product click here.
The primary purpose of RTO Enrol is to facilitate online registrations from your RTO website. This is achieved by publishing course information on your website directly from RTO Data, including all course details, their associated training plans, units of competence, scheduled course dates and delivery locations. This information is presented to your site visitors as detailed course pages, course calendar and within the actual online enrolment form.
You can maintain the information that is advertised on your website by updating course information within RTO Data and exporting directly to the website as necessary. Subsequently, students can then review this current information and enrol into or express interest into the courses directly via the website. This function will eliminate the manual data entry required by the RTO, saving the RTO time and ensuring the accuracy of the data.

Additional cost: The cost to have RTO Enrol installed into an existing website is $2,200. *Please note that although it doesn’t happen very often, some websites may not be compatible and therefore we may have to either discuss additional costs with you or not perform the install at all. This would be established prior to the purchase of the product and therefore there will be no surprises*
